Daily News Golden Gloves

Dr Baio and New York State Light Heavy weight Champ Ronson Frank

The 2012 Golden Gloves season is here. This year I am luck to be hosting 2 dates: Feb 1 and March 5. The events will be held at St. Bernard's, Caputo Hall (2030 E 69 st Brooklyn NY 11234). Monies raised will be going to help both the Parish at Mary Queen of heaven ( MSGR Jamie Gigantiello), St Bernard's church and local charities through the St. Bernard's Knights of Columbus. In the past this has been a great event, bringing out the brightest stars, the most action packed fights the New York Daily News Golden Gloves has to offer. We also have a good turn out of past and present  professional boxing champions like Vito Antufermo, Paulie Malignaggi, and Sadam Ali to name a few.

Tickets are now available for $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Seating as usual is first come first serve. Doors will open at 6pm first bout 7pm.
